Refund Policy
At Computer Seva, we are committed to providing quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, following these guidelines:
- Refund Process: Refunds will only be processed upon verification of a genuine reason provided by the client or customer to Computer Seva.
- Provide detailed information and evidence supporting the reason for the refund request.
- Contact our customer service team to initiate the refund request and discuss the issue.
- Withdrawal before Project Commencement: If a client or customer wishes to withdraw from a project before work commences, any security deposit or advanced payment made will be refunded following this procedure:
- The client or customer must submit a written request for withdrawal.
- Computer Seva will review the request and determine eligibility for a refund based on the terms agreed upon in the initial contract or agreement.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 working days from the date of approval of the withdrawal request.
- Refund Deductions: Refunds, when approved, will be made after deducting all costs incurred by Computer Seva on the project up to the point of refund initiation. These deductions will be transparently communicated to the client or customer.
- No Refunds after Project Completion: Once a project is completed and delivered to the client or customer, no request for a refund will be considered under any circumstances. Completion of the project signifies acceptance of the services provided.
- Right to Reject Requests: Computer Seva reserves the right to reject refund requests if illegal activities or fraudulent behaviour are suspected. Such cases will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Exclusions: Refunds will not be granted if:
- The reason provided does not meet our criteria for a genuine refund.
- A project or work has been put on hold by mutual agreement between Computer Seva and the client or customer.
